Asbury Park, NJ based multi-faceted, self-taught artist Tina Marie Albano (°1990, Brooklyn, NY) has immersed herself in the creative process of art in too many forms to count. Tina Marie shows intense appreciation for details as well as pigment, as you will see her obsession with color illuminates through most of her artwork. She describes her works as being “Full of Life”, meaning her work is vibrant, lively, spirited, animated, and enthusiastic. Her feelings are expressed in every line and stroke she creates.
"I like to call myself a self proclaimed artist. My journey all began from a very young age. Departing Brooklyn, I moved all over Staten Island as a young girl....and then eventually wound up in New Jersey. I've always had an eye and passion for art ever since I can remember.”
“Being inspired to create from my father as a child, it was a dream that soon turned into a deep passion. Teaching myself different techniques and different ways to create, my room soon turned into an art museum. My artwork became a true love of mine and my room was covered in them. I prefer to use acrylic as my medium of choice. My desire to create grows every day.”
“Art is such a simple three letter word but it has such a broad definition from photography to dance to music to painting. To me, everything is a work of art—you, you’re a form of art. I continue to showcase my work throughout the Tri-State area in hopes of simply inspiring and stimulating minds.”
